Green Infrastructure Prototypes

Minneapolis, MN

Local streets in established urban neighborhoods present a great opportunity to address water quality and rainwater run-off. The prototypes shown below were developed for a small area plan in the Linden Hills
neighborhood of Minneapolis. The prototypes work within the existing right-of-way, limiting cost and physical impact to the neighborhood. The examples can be applied to residential and commercial blocks.

Working as a sub-consultant with SEH Inc., I produced graphic renderings and assisted in the development of the typologies.
