South Front Street
Mankato, MN
South Front Street, in the heart of the entertainment district of Mankato, was reconstructed to promote pedestrian safety and improved aesthetics. The plan provides generous sidewalk space for restaurant patios and informal seating. Re-use of waste product from a local quarry provided limestone bench
seating throughout the corridor.
Working as a sub-consultant with Damon Farber, I produced graphic renderings and construction drawings. I also worked with a local stone producer to procure limestone blocks for use in the project.
